This small group program focuses on techniques used in speed, agility, and strength to maximize improvements in athletic performance and injury prevention.
At this level, classes are broken out by specific speed technique (Linear Speed and Change of Direction). Both classes include a strength training component with age appropriate resistance and core strengthening exercises. Athletes in this program benefit from taking both classes as linear speed and change of direction are fundamental skills for all sports at this age.
This small group program transitions Total Performance athletes to the next level through the regression and progression of our signature speed-training methods and the introduction of individualized strength training. This program unlocks an athlete’s full potential by refining athletic skills, maximizing strength, and building aerobic capacity.
At the Elite level, classes are broken out by specific training focus (Linear Speed, Change of Direction, and Strength Training). Athletes in this program may take all 3 classes or choose to specialize tn the area(s) of greatest need.
This PEAK Training program is available for elite athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate, Olympic and/or professional level.
Delivered in semi-private sessions, this high-level training program identifies the speed and strength skills that are necessary for an athlete to reach their potential at a specific sport. Workouts are based on the athlete’s sport and individual needs.
PEAK athletes will work with specific Performance Coaches. Remote/online training is an option for PEAK athletes who aren’t able to physically train in our facility at least twice a week.
